The RansFlex is an air atomizing applicator powered by a RVC power supply.
The Cascade generates a high voltage DC charge to the electrode creating ang electrostatic field between the atomizer & the target,
One of the many features of the RansFlex applicator system is that the electrical energy which is available from the resistive charging electrode, is limited to the optimum level of safety & efficiency. The system is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical or thermal energy during normal operating conditions to cause ignition of specific hazardous material in their mo st easily ignited concentration in air.
As the applicator electrode approaches ground, applicator circuitry causes the high voltage to approach zero while the current approaches its maximum value. This performance is validated by independent test agencies that give FM US & C and ATEX EN 50 050.
